- Microsoft 365 for business communications;
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security and form processing;
- Resend for transactional form-email delivery;

- architects, structural engineers, builders, agents and other professionals where relevant to an opportunity or engagement;
- public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Tree Properties Limited does not sell personal information.

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer takes place, we rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement, contractual safeguard or another lawful protection where required.
